Refunds
At MissHealthy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with an unopened item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure that the returned items are undamaged, unopened, and in a re-sellable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team to receive instructions on the returns process. Once the return is processed, the payment will be credited to your original method of payment, and you will be notified by email.
Please note:
- Returns made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
- The customer is responsible for paying the return postage.
- Refunds will be issued for the full value of the product, excluding postage costs.
To ensure a smooth return process, please handle all items with care. All items must be returned unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. We will be unable to accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
Incorrect or Faulty Goods Received
We take great care to inspect all products before shipping to ensure the highest quality standards. However, if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately at orders@misshealthy.com, quoting your order number and details of the issue. Specify whether you would like a refund or a replacement, and we will guide you on how to proceed with the return.
Partial Returns of a Bundle
If you are returning part of a bundle, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the full price of the items you are keeping. For example, if you purchase a bundle of three proteins and return two, your refund will reflect the full non-bundle price of the remaining item, plus shipping.
Order Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from MissHealthy for a full refund. If you have not yet received your order, please contact orders@misshealthy.com as soon as possible to cancel the order before it is dispatched. Cancellations can be made at any time prior to processing. Once an order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and at this stage, the order cannot be canceled or amended.
Please note:
- Subscription customers are notified 3 days prior to renewal, allowing time for any necessary changes.
- All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number, within 14 days starting from the day after you receive your order.
- If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard return procedures.
How to Make a Return
- Email returns@misshealthy.com to request a returns form.
- Carefully package your items, including the completed returns form, and securely attach the return label to your package.
- Post your return at your nearest post office. Be sure to obtain a posting certificate, as we cannot process a refund if your parcel is not received.
Please allow up to 30 days from the date of posting for your refund to be processed. We will notify you by email once we have received your parcel and your refund has been completed.
